Empower & Heal

Informed by both Eastern and Western medicinal practices, along with Energetic Work, my intention is to unlock the potential of self-healing in each client; often resulting in improvements from the very first session.

I also aim to empower, with knowledge of how musculoskeletal issues develop and actions that may enhance the work we accomplish, outside of the table.
