Cancellations:

Our time together is valuable and exclusively reserved for you.

With the exception of acute illness, the following policies are in place:

24 hours notice - no fee

Same day cancellation - 50 percent of service charged

No call, no show - 100 percent of service charged

Illness Precautions/Cleaning Procedures/Mask Protocol:

The office, treatment space and tools are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized between sessions. Sessions are spaced at least 30 minutes apart to allow sufficient time to clean, with no client overlap. Please let me know ASAP if you are not feeling well and we will reschedule without penalty. I do not require masks, but am happy to wear one. I have N95 masks available. If you would like one, let me know.

 

Promptness:

Sessions begin and end on time. For late arrivals, I will do my best to accommodate the full length of the session booked, time permitting. In some cases it may be necessary to work with the remaining time available in the schedule.

Gift Certificates:

Gift certificates are always available for purchase, and valid for 12 months. For no show appointments, gift certificates are considered redeemed and void. Gift certificates are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash. However, they may be gifted to a friend.

Series/Packages:

Promotional series/packages must be redeemed for the same time allotment as purchased, and are subject to the same aforementioned cancellation policies. Sessions are non-refundable, but may be gifted to a friend. Series/packages are valid for five years from purchase date.

Professional Boundaries:

Massage is entirely therapeutic and performed by a licensed professional. Any inappropriate or unwelcome behavior during the session will result in immediate termination of the session and be reported to the appropriate authorities.
